Prophesy

My poems are coming true
But, seriously
Let’s hope not, or else
the turtles
and the cyclists
will fall out
over
trying to split the bill at pizza hut
and nobody wants to see that fight.
I bet turtles
Can hold serious grudges
In those shells
While
The cyclists would have to
Balance their grudges
On handlebars
And that sounds dangerous
Because grudges
tend to be lopsided
and animated
and stop motion
so perhaps
it would be better if they got
a buffet meal each and nobody
shared a pizza or a pudding
and no wine for the table
or, better yet,
shall we get a pizza each?
And then the turtles and the cyclists will be the same
Because they all have a lonely pizza

And a road accident will be prevented
